This new zap! the band song?
Not good!
But you don’t have to tell that to me, I’m the one who wrote it badly
I had to know
If you were angry
I had to wait
To see if you had something to say
In your car
With the windows down, the sunlight rolls down your arm
You point out the moon
I don’t look cause I care, I look cause I care about you
In your car
With the taillights out, my hand lies on your arm
And you missed my house
This neighborhood has changed
It’s not the same place where you showed me how to let it out

Merci Déhà for the download code. Lots of bands use these ingredients – pretty female vocals over doomy guitars always sounds good, but usually that's where the ideas run out. That isn't the case here. Each song is packed with ideas and evolutions, genres and references it's boring to list but not at all to listen to. A pleasure to have been introduced to this. Luke
Portland shoegaze that plays, as the best representatives of the genre do, with huge, hollow atmosphere against intimate observations. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 23, 2016
Slow-burning, sax-enhanced groovy psychedelic rock with warm male vocals counterpointed by female ones ranging from the biting to the spiritual to the tribal. Makes me think of a lighter and way more transcendental version of early Goat.
However, looking at the other comments, it seems that this music has got the power to bring to mind very different things to different people, and this means that there's definitely something unique and great going on. muschiosauro
